Users who have access to MyView can set up their personal dashboard using gadgets to display only the information they want to see. And they can choose to have their dashboard launch immediately after they sign in, or select it manually by clicking on MyView in the MyStart menu bar.
Once on their dashboard, users can add tabs and gadgets, then sort and rearrange the gadgets any way they want — as often as they want. Gadgets collect and display the specific information each user wants to see.
PlannerWe’ve made viewing and managing calendars easier than ever with the MyView Planner. Users can filter in events from your Centricity2 website and add their own events. Parents and guardians can even add a tab for each child and view the planner for each. It’s an easy, effective way to help busy families keep track of school events and activities all in one place.
GadgetsGadgets can be placed on the MyView Dashboard to display specific information. There are two types of gadgets: Aggregator Gadgets and Direct Feed Gadgets. Aggregator gadgets collect content from your Centricity2 website, or from the MyView Planner. Other Direct Feed gadgets display content from other sources and allow users to access and login to other third-party websites.
